Finding out the way in the learning method that works the best for an individual is required in our society as everyone is different and each person has a different style of learning. An awareness of learning styles can aid personal development because finding out what you learning style is can help you find a better learning technique to help you in your personal studies. There are 3 main style types of learning (VAK) these are:

-Visual

-Kinaesthetic 

-Auditory 

In order to find out which one an individual corespondentul to, he/sns can take a short test online. 

The benefit of finding out which one the individual corresponds to, will change hiss/her educational studies dramatically for instance instead of struggling, the individual will vastly improve because they will know that they are a visual learner by doing visual learning methods, and therefore they will find everything a lot easier. These techniques will not only help the individual through the  school life but the main life as well as it he/she can use these techniques for when they have a job and need to complete tasks.

Visual learners should use visual aids such as drawings, pictures and notes. For instance, if revising out of text book the individual should write his/her own notes along with it to summarise what they have just read and also draw some pictures which they will know help bring your memory in the future. Another tip is  trying to highlight parts in the book that they might need to come back to later so they can remember and understand them.

Auditory learner represent the individuals that regpquire the listening and the speak of the information that they are trying to learn by trying to put it into a little power or song that they are familiar and confident with. A method useful for auditory learners is trying to recording themselves and hearing the information said by themselves. 

Kinaesthetic learners represent the individuals that require practical activities in order to aid them learn the information required. Some methods useful for this type of learners is trying to play games that helps them, or making up things of material such as paper. 

In conclusion, individuals could be visual learners, auditory learners or kinaesthetic learners. Each type of learner benefits from its on method and therefore they will focus and use that technique the most.
